Shared Emergency Communications & Resources

November 2018 - Emergency Communication Samples and Resources

Thank you to all of you who are currently or have been on the front lines managing emergency communications for your agencies while witnessing devastation and destruction in the communities you serve. Please let us know how your CAPIO network can support you.

CAPIO's members have shared the following resources for their fellow PIOs.  During this difficult month of tragedies and fires, let CAPIO know if we can connect you with a fellow PIO for support or if you are looking for additional resources.

To be ready for future mutual aid deployment, please contact your local Office of Emergency Services and apply to be on mutual aid support. FEMA and CalOES coordinate with local OES offices to secure support through the Mutual Aid Plan (EMMA).
