What projects will you submit?
CAPIO’s EPIC awards program recognizes the most creative and effective efforts in the areas of communication and marketing campaigns, newsletter production, photography, special events, writing, website development and video production.
The EPIC Awards honor work that transcends innovation and craft - work that made a lasting impact, providing an equal chance of winning to all entrants regardless of company or agency size and project budget. If your work moved people, we want to give it a chance to take home an EPIC!
Now is the time to begin thinking about what projects you will enter for this year. Projects completed in 2025 are eligible for the 2026 CAPIO EPIC Award program. Take a look at our ENTRY CATEGORIES to help you brainstorm about what projects you’ll enter. Entries open December 1 and early bird rates are good through January 12. To keep things moving and provide our judges adequate time to judge, our final entry deadline is February 3 with no extensions.

- Regular Entries: January 13 - February 3, 2026
- Final Entry Deadline: February 2, 2026 at 7 p.m. (Firm deadline. No extensions.)
- Finalists Announced: March 16, 2026
Open Office Hours Q&A
We will have two days where we will have office hours where our VP of Awards will be available for Q&A about how to submit your entries. Office hours will be January 7 and January 25, 2026.

Regular, January 13 - February 2, 2026 at 6:00 pm (ending deadline is firm and will not be extended)
