Ramiro Adeva is a public sector pro, having spent the bulk of his career working for municipalities in California. His undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering led him to his professional start in public works, however, Ramiro knew early on that his passion for community engagement and knack for public speaking would lead him on a career path more apt to City Management. In his role as Assistant City Manager for Agoura Hills, Ramiro wears many hats and oversees various functions of government that include emergency preparedness, human resources, risk management, legislative affairs, economic development, and communications. Ramiro is also the proud host of the City of Agoura Hills’ new podcast series which you can check out at www.agourahillspodcast.com , which is the latest exciting addition to Agoura Hills’ award-winning communications program. Ramiro is a member of the California City Management Foundation, and holds a Masters degree from the University of Southern California in Public Administration.
Sue Breding has worked as an Emmy® award winning reporter and anchor in two of the nation’s largest TV markets, Phoenix (KTVK, 3TV) and Los Angeles (KCAL-9). In 2023, she was selected as the prestigious national ‘Communicator of the Year’ by 3CMA, which represents all city and county communications professionals across the country. She was a 2023 Phoenix Business Journal ‘Outstanding Women in Business’ honoree and PHOENIX Magazine highlighted her with a ‘Best Marketing Idea’ write-up in its ‘Best of the Valley’ edition for her March 2023 press conference renaming Glendale AZ to Swift City for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour kickoff concerts.
Sue has been a longtime, dedicated member of the Board of Governors for the Rocky Mountain Southwest NATAS Chapter, including leadership roles as an executive team member, a National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) Trustee and she serves as co-host and producer for the annual Gold & Silver Circle Induction Ceremony dinner event. She is on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Women Leading Government professional organization and is a member of Charter 100 AZ, a group of top female leaders in Arizona.
She is currently the communications director for the city of Glendale, AZ, supervising a multidisciplinary team, including the video production professionals. In 2023, she provided visionary leadership for Super Bowl LVII played at State Farm Stadium, overseeing public affairs for the city of Glendale and serving on the AZ Super Bowl Host Committee’s communications council. That Super Bowl broadcast became the most watched telecast ever. She is now overseeing communications for the city of Glendale for the NCAA Men’s Final Four Basketball Championship, which will be played in 2024 in Glendale.
Logan Selleck is a Senior Community Relations Specialist at the Orange County Transportation Authority with 10 years of experience building and implementing comprehensive public awareness campaigns. He currently leads community outreach teams on major capital improvement projects throughout Orange County including the I-5 South County Improvement Project and I-5/El Toro Road Interchange Project.
Most recently Logan led the special event planning for the $2.1 billion I-405 Improvement Project Dedication Event which celebrated the completion of the largest project in OCTA history and had more than 700 attendees. This event required a full year of planning, 75 event staff, multiple executive briefings and an internal task force representing every department within OCTA.
Prior to joining OCTA Logan served as a consultant for multiple public agencies and private ventures providing several services including graphic design, strategic communications, copywriting and special event planning.
