Matthew Salisbury is the Founder of Civica Involve, a digital community and stakeholder engagement platform that supports customers across the public-sector. Prior to founding Civica Involve, Matthew held leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the UK, Australia and the USA as well as Hitachi, where he served in various roles focused on building and enabling smart solutions for cities and downtown areas.

Jen Guice has more than 20 years’ experience in engagement, strategy development and project management working for government, not-for-profits and the private sector. Prior to joining Cred Consulting Jen was a senior member of the Strategic Engagement team at the City of Sydney where she designed and lead significant community and stakeholder engagement projects including Planning for Sydney to 2050, engagement to support the development of the long-term plan for Sydney.
