Victoria Lam
Victoria Lam is Senior Public Information Representative and Accessibility Liaison for the City of San José’s Environmental Services Department, where she leads strategic communications for major infrastructure, sustainability, and public health initiatives, including managing communications for the $2.2 billion dollar RWF Capital Improvement Program. With a multidisciplinary background spanning biotechnology entrepreneurship, biology instruction, university grant management, and public service, she brings a data-informed, community-centered approach to outreach, accessibility, and civic engagement. Victoria is recognized for building strong cross-sector partnerships, advancing culturally relevant communications for diverse audiences, and championing innovation through AI upskilling, ADA compliance, and digital accessibility to better serve San José residents.
Albert Glee
Albert Glee is the Privacy & AI Officer for the City of San José, overseeing responsible and effective deployment of over 200 AI and technology initiatives a year. He is also the GovAI Coalition lead, a group of over 3,000 members and 900 government agencies ensuring public sector AI serves the public good. San José and his team have been recognized as national leaders in privacy and AI governance by organizations such as NIST, Department of Homeland Security, and the White House.
