Membership survey results show 97% satisfaction
Thank you to the more than 160 members who participated in CAPIO’s 2020 membership survey. We learned a lot about who our members are, what value they find in CAPIO membership, and what they would like to see in the future as we continue to advance public communicators.
The great news is that 97 percent of members are satisfied with their CAPIO membership and 81 percent are satisfied with CAPIO events. The survey also helped the Board of Directors identify areas for improvement. Currently, the Board is discussing new ways to increase our educational offerings and networking opportunities for 2021.
As CAPIO moves forward with these initiatives and more, we encourage members to stay involved and provide feedback.
