If you had a chance to attend the 2022 CAPIO Annual Conference, we hope you learned a lot, got to meet some great people and were inspired to go back to work with new ideas and new energy.

Here are a few tips to make the most of your CAPIO experience:

• Keep the dialogue going with those you met by following colleagues and presenters on LinkedIn
• Identify what you would like from them.  Perhaps you found a possible mentor or someone to sit on a panel and be a presenter with you for a future presentation.  Or perhaps you found a future candidate to recruit for an open position.
• Don’t forget – your CAPIO membership allows you to log in and find fellow members through our membership directory!  
• Review the conference powerpoints as a benefit of your CAPIO membership!  Even if you didn’t have a chance to attend the conference, these presentations are available to members only in our Resource Library.  

Consider how you might benefit your fellow PIOs for our 2023 CAPIO Annual Conference.  Do you have an award-winning project that you would be open to talking about?  Case studies are a great way to share your insights with colleagues.  Consider submitting a session for our Call for Speakers for our May 2023 conference in Monterey.
