Entries that reflect the effectiveness of various types of social/new media individually, including but not limited to Mobile outreach (apps, SMS, text campaigns), eGovernment (email campaigns), Facebook, blogging (if interactive), Twitter, Flickr, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and more. Does not include websites or web pages. Reels or Tik Toks can be included.

Video spots that convey an informational message that benefits the community (ies) it serves. Examples of some subjects that would fit in this category are pool safety videos, fentanyl awareness, bike helmet videos, emergency water restrictions, mosquito/vector awareness, and traffic safety. Public Service Announcement videos produced 100% by in-house staff are welcome in this category regardless of video length.
