CAPIO’s Board of Directors periodically reviews our bylaws to ensure our charter continues to support the leadership and vision of the Board as they lead the association.   The Board of Directors is recommending two changes as follows:

• Opportunity to extend the President’s position from a 1-year term to a 2-year term at the recommendation and vote of the Board.  
• Title change for the Communications Chair to become V.P. Communications. This position will work together with the website chair and social media chair to provide a strategic communication vision and direction for the association.

See attached Bylaws for changes noted in red.  Members have 45 days from this notice to ask questions or provide comments for the Board of Directors prior to the changes going into effect.
