CAPIO Bylaw Changes
Notice to membership
Periodically the CAPIO Board of Directors reviews our bylaws and recommends updates to keep our association in alignment with current needs. This document guides how our association is operated and governed.
This year the board has made the following adjustments to the bylaws which can be reviewed here.
- Adding a new board position: Chair, Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives
- Removing a board position: Website Chair
- Moving the VP Awards Position to be up for election during even years
- Other minor edits including the mention of our Professional+ membership.
CAPIO members have 45 days to comment on the bylaws or submit questions to firstname.lastname@example.org. After 45 days the Bylaw changes will go into effect if there are no material recommendations from the members.
