We recommend booking your room for June 12 and 13.  The academy will start June 13 at 9 a.m. and conclude on June 14 by 3 p.m.   CAPIO will arrange for a bus transfer from the hotel to the CalOES office on the 14th.  Return transportation to the airport will be provided at 3:15 pm on June 14th.  (Uber or Lyft recommended upon arrival on June 12.)  CAPIO room rate is $95 per night plus tax.

Cancellations or changes must be made by 3 pm, 48 hours PRIOR to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night room and tax at the quoted rate. Rates and block cut off dates are based on availability and subject to change. Bed types in traditional king or two queen bed room types are not guaranteed.
