The past year has taken our profession in previously unimaginable directions. We’ve dramatically transformed our agencies, changed directions frequently and – most importantly – served the public proudly. We’d like to know what you did, how you did it, and what worked best. We’ll share this information with all our members in the Fall and explore the results in detail at our Annual Conference in November so we can better prepare for whatever may be around the next corner.
