Join us for an interactive tabletop exercise focused on strengthening our coordinated public information response during disasters followed by a holiday social to celebrate the season with colleagues and partners.

This year’s exercise will be facilitated by Elaine Jennings, founder of Jennings Consulting Group and a seasoned Homeland Security and Emergency Management professional. Elaine has led projects for government and private sector clients worldwide, developing safety and security strategies for large venues and programs addressing radiological and nuclear threats.

The flood scenario will test our ability to share timely, accurate, and consistent information with the public, media, and partner organizations. Participants will practice real-time decision making, message coordination, and rumor management in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Whether you’re new to emergency communications or an experienced responder, this exercise offers valuable insights to strengthen your communication strategies and partnerships across our Operational Area.
