CAPIO is pleased to welcome our newest board member Steven Baird, who is joining the CAPIO Board of Directors in the role of Vice President of Awards.

Steven Baird is Public Affairs Associate II for the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District Las Virgenes Municipal Water District.  He enjoys leveraging emerging technologies, platforms and tactics to tell the unique story of the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District to create positive change in the public.  Steven has served on the CAPIO conference awards committee for the last three years and is excited to bring his knowledge and expertise to the 2024 Conference this May in Indian Wells.  Steven Baird is replacing former VP Awards, Jillian Keller, who is moving out of California due to a job change for her husband.  We want to thank her for all her work coordinating our 2023 Awards Programs!
