CAPIO's by-laws were reviewed and amended by a majority vote of the membership in March 2001, to ensure their accurate reflection of CAPIO's current administrative operations, professional standards and equitable representation of its diverse membership. A revision to the first paragraph of the Membership section (IIIA), to correct the omission of "public agency" representatives in the list of qualifications for membership eligibility, was approved by action of the Board of Directors on March 13, 2002, to bring that paragraph into alignment with Section IIIB(1).
The full and complete text of the by-laws is posted here* (January 2008) as a PDF file (Acrobat Reader required to view this document).
