CONFERENCE LOCATION/AIRPORT ACCESS:

Our venue is the Embassy Suites Lake Tahoe Resort. We will be self contained in this large-scale hotel facility, though our program may include excursion and transportation options in coordination with the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority. Reno/Tahoe International Airport is approximately one hour from the hotel. Shuttle service is provided by South Tahoe Express, PH 866.898.2463.

Refund Policy: CAPIO annual conference cancellations received up to two weeks of the event date will receive a refund of 80% of the event total. CAPIO annual conference cancellations received up to one week of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the event total. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of any CAPIO event.
